Coaching
Our 3 coaching formats have been created to meet three types of demand:
VIDEO INDIVIDUAL’s is for women who wish to benefit from the intimacy of a private coaching or for those who are unable to attend face-to-face workshops. During the interviews, the 2 introspective phases of the method will be developed so that the participant can analyze her approach of femininity.
GROUP WORKSHOP’s is a unique face-to-face experience to through the 6 phases of the Femininity Studio method, taking an introspective as well as practical approach. Managed by Nathalie Peigney, each workshop features a different expert teacher, to help participants understand femininity in posture, gait, voice, expression, etc.
INDIVIDUAL CO-SHOO is a mix of coaching and individual photo shoot session. It allows the participant to work on her personal approach to femininity, but also to liberate and express it through the shoot.
VIDEO INDIVIDUAL
- Location: videoconference, GoogleMeet or Zoom. Duration: 50 minutes. Public: only one woman. Languages: French, Italian, English. Before the interview, the participant will send an email to the coach to express her needs and expectations. After the interview, the coach will send an email with homework suggestions to the participant.
GROUP WORKSHOP
- Location: Montecarlo, Paris, Milan (other towns if 6 participants). Duration: 8 hours over 2 days. Public: maximum 8 women. Languages: French, Italian, English. Dress-code: black pumps, black jacket, swimsuit or simple white lingerie (a white dress will be provided as an outfit). We respect participants' privacy and, to optimize our work, we prefer that participants do not know each other.
INDIVIDUAL CO-SHOO
- Location: our studio. Duration: 3 hours. Public: only one woman. Languages: French, Italian, English. The format suggests starting with the photo shoot and then continuing with a coaching session, but we can also do the coaching’s another day. Photos produced: 30 (color and b/w), selected and Photoshoped by us. Delivery time: D + 7. Styling: 3 outfit changes. Dresses, accessories, hair and make-up supplied by customer.

Coaching
Our method of coaching unites introspective and analytical theory with practical and playful components. This is accomplished over 6 phases coaching, with the option of 2 meeting formats: Private videoconference (50 minutes) or face-to-face workshops (maximum 8 people) in Monte Carlo, Milan, Paris or Palm Beach.
Photo shooting
We offer a photo shoot service centered on femininity. An opportunity to explore and capture various facets of feminine identity. For optimal results, the photo shoot focuses on key elements: gesture, posture and personal expression. A mix of graceful movements and a deep connection between body and mind.
